Education Excellence Conclave 2026 creates a platform where deserving Class X and Class XII achievers can step forward and have their academic distinction formally celebrated.
Two Ways to Be Considered
Direct registration complements the existing school nomination process. Both routes lead to the same recognition after verification.

Eligible students may be formally nominated by their respective participating school.
🎓 Individual Student Registration
An eligible student or parent may apply directly even where the school has not submitted a formal nomination.
Who Can Apply?
Please review the criteria carefully before submitting an application.
Class X or Class XII
The applicant must have passed the Class X or Class XII Board Examination in 2026.
85% or Above
Applicants must have secured 85% or above in aggregate/overall result according to the applicable Board’s assessment rules.
Recognised Board
Applications are invited from CBSE, CISCE/ICSE/ISC, recognised State Boards and other recognised Indian school education boards, subject to verification.
Document Verification
A clear copy of the official 2026 marksheet or Board result document must be submitted with the application.
Recognition at the Conclave
Every eligible and confirmed student will be ceremonially recognised for academic distinction.

Eligible applicants receive confirmation for felicitation.

Important: Registration Does Not Automatically Mean Selection
Submission of the registration form does not automatically confirm felicitation. Every application is subject to eligibility verification and confirmation by the Education Excellence Conclave 2026 Organising Committee. Applicants should attend the event only after receiving confirmation.
Student Attendance
Selected students are expected to attend the Conclave personally to receive their recognition on stage.
One parent or guardian may accompany the recognised student, subject to venue capacity and confirmation by the Organising Committee.
Students applying independently will continue to be identified with their respective school. Direct registration does not imply formal nomination or endorsement by that school.

Education Excellence Conclave 2026 is organised by CCLP Worldwide.
CCLP Worldwide holds Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
CCLP Worldwide is an Institutional Member of UNESCO NEQMAP.
The Conclave is organised in collaboration with the UNESCO Club of Education Charter.
These institutional affiliations and statuses identify the standing of the organising/collaborating organisations. Education Excellence Conclave 2026 and its certificates are not represented as awards or certificates issued by the United Nations, ECOSOC, UNESCO or UNESCO NEQMAP.

Before You Register
Can I apply if my school has not nominated me?
Yes. Eligible students may apply directly through the Individual Student Registration route. Applications remain subject to verification and confirmation.
Will directly registered students receive a different recognition?
No. Once eligibility is verified and participation is confirmed, eligible students are recognised for the same academic distinction irrespective of whether they entered through school nomination or direct registration.
Is this only for school toppers?
No. The recognition is for eligible Class X and Class XII students meeting the prescribed academic distinction criteria. It is not restricted only to the first-ranked student of a school.
Do I need to submit my marksheet?
Yes. A clear copy of the official 2026 marksheet or result document is required for eligibility verification.
Does submitting the form guarantee felicitation?
No. Submission is an application. Felicitation is confirmed only after eligibility has been verified by the Organising Committee.
Can a parent accompany the student?
One parent or guardian may accompany a recognised student, subject to venue capacity and final confirmation.
Nature of Recognition
The recognition presented at Education Excellence Conclave 2026 is a ceremonial acknowledgement of verified academic achievement. It is not an academic qualification, Board-issued award, scholarship or statutory certification, nor does it constitute a ranking of participating students or schools.
